    Mark is a 40 year veteran in the performance improvement industry.  His background covers many areas of responsibility – project management, product development, line management, executive general management, sales and sales management.  He brings passion and creativity to every initiative.  A wide range of experience – including virtually every type of program (sales incentive, customer loyalty, employee recognition, channel motivation) – across all industries provides expertise in crafting and delivering the right solution.  An area of specialty is employee engagement.  Above all, Mark believes in superior customer service and delivering exceptional results.
