    Many states have passed legislation designed to strengthen pay equity laws and eliminate pay disparities that are not substantiated based on legitimate, permissible factors.  This presentation will focus on the future potential impacts on private sector employers, particularly in light of emerging trends, HR surveys and past findings related to gender pay disparities.

    With over twenty years of extensive total rewards consulting and human resource leadership expertise across multiple industries, Bob brings a complementary perspective as both an advisor and practitioner to Gallagher clients. Bob’s strategic and analytic work helps clients create practical solutions through the use of internal and external data, workforce planning, stakeholder engagement and supporting communication and infrastructure assessments. He specializes in leadership and staff compensation, incentive plan design, strategic workforce planning & analytics, and other practical total rewards consulting services that enable a client’s workforce strategies. Bob earned his Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Illinois State University, and has completed advanced studies in Strategic Decision and Risk Management from Stanford University. Bob is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).

    Crowe’s 2018 Bank Compensation & Benefits Survey is the 38th annual edition of this recognized industry source. The survey is regularly quoted by the Wall Street Journal and major industry associations and publications. This presentation will look at how a survey maintains relevancy for a changing work world, as well as, how “the sausage is made” to provide a credible and valid source of data for compensation professionals and Board of Director Compensation Committees.  Participant involvement will address both process and content issues in survey design, administration and evaluation.

    Mr. Reimink works with financial institutions nationwide to improve performance.  With Crowe since 2005, Tim has assisted clients with operational process improvement, branch performance assessment, technology planning, commercial credit risk management, stress testing, strategic planning, and compensation.  He is responsible for Crowe's Financial Institution Benchmarking database, including a Branch Performance Benchmarking Study and Crowe's annual Financial Institutions Compensation Survey.  Mr. Reimick has 25 years of financial institution industry experience with large regional banks.  His experience is broad based, including responsibility for commercial lending, small business banking, branch networks in large and small communities, and corporate planning.  Tim has published a variety of articles in industry publications and speaks regularly by webinar and at industry conferences.  He has an MBA from Northwestern University and a BS in Economics and Mathematics from Kalamazoo College.

    Mr. Moore is a performance improvement consultant with experience in the banking and financial services industry.  He has been involved with a broad range of projects, including bank benchmarking, operational performance improvement assessments, merger integration, and data analytics.  Nicholas has experience operating Crowe's annual Financial Institutions Compensation Survey as well as design and administration of Crowe's Bank Technology Survey.
