President's Message

Welcome to the St. Louis Compensation & Benefits Network (CBN)!  I’m honored to serve as President and excited to continue building a community that supports St. Louis compensation and benefits professionals at every stage of their careers.

CBN has always been more than a professional association. It’s a place to learn from one another, to talk honestly about the challenges of our work, and to stay grounded as our field continues to evolve. Total Rewards is changing quickly, driven by new technology, data, and expectations, but at its core, the work is still about people. My goal is to ensure our programming and conversations reflect both: strong technical foundations and a clear focus on fairness, trust, and the human impact of our decisions.

Over the coming year, we’ll continue to offer opportunities to connect, learn, and exchange real-world perspectives, from timely topics in compensation and benefits to practical discussions you can take back to your organization. Whether you’re new to the field or a long-time practitioner, there is a place for you here.

I encourage you to engage in whatever way feels right for you, whether that be attending events, joining a committee, sharing your experience, or simply coming ready to listen and learn. This network is strongest when it reflects the voices and experiences of its members.
