During this presentation we will discuss how you can build a compensation foundation using data, career pathing, alternative data sources, and discretion to stay competitive – even when the market data isn’t keeping up.
Justin Hampton is a Compensation Practitioner with 15 years of experience leading Compensation initiatives for companies in the US and UK such as Starbucks, Greyhound Lines, Big Fish Games and Product Madness. In 2020, Justin’s focus became developing HR technology solutions that draw from his personal experiences as a practitioner. Since 2020, Justin has managed the Compensation Tool, a market pricing and survey management tool and Squirrel: a real-time wage and salary data solution with more than 3M job postings that include published hiring ranges. In addition, Justin has published numerous papers and articles with World at Work that draw on real experiences and offer pragmatic and actionable solutions that affect most, if not all, compensation practitioners.
