CBN is the St. Louis metropolitan-area association for professional development and networking among compensation, benefits and total rewards professionals. Our members are leaders and practitioners in the total rewards field and represent organizations throughout the greater St. Louis area. We are also the local affiliate of WorldatWork, which focuses on global human resources issues including compensation, benefits, work/life and integrated total rewards. It provides education, conferences and research to nearly 30,000 members. CBN’s primary activities are:

•  Breakfast/ lunch programs with speakers – generally five per year
  
•  Hosting WorldatWork certification courses – usually three-four per year
•  Sharing information about relevant and timely topics that affect the profession via meetings, newsletters, our website and our LinkedIn Group

We offer a variety of sponsorship opportunities for vendors, consultants, providers and others to create market awareness through their support of CBN:

Member Meeting Sponsorship

•  Placement of materials on tables for all participants
•  2-3 minutes of podium time to provide overview of company/services
•  Recognition in event notices to all members and newsletter and website
•  Sponsorship - $350 per meeting (limit 1 sponsor per meeting)

Website Sponsorship

•  Sponsor advertisement on select content pages of our website
•  Banner linked to your company’s website
•  Recognition in newsletter as sponsor of CBN
•  Sponsorship - $450 for 3 months; may be renewed if desired
