Health Solutions Account Executive, Vice President, Aon

Andrew is a vice president for Aon Missouri’s Health Solutions practice. His consulting responsibilities include helping clients establish and implement traditional and account-based health care and prescription drug plan strategies, evaluating innovative plan design options, designing wellbeing and complex case management initiatives, selecting vendors across many different types of benefit plans, ensuring plan compliance, and implementing data management products. Andrew joined Aon in February of 2019 and has almost 15 years of employee benefits experience, from both a consulting and an employer perspective. He started his career in health and welfare analytics, gaining a deep knowledge of claims examination and contract details. Andrew has a long history of bringing innovative solutions forward and weaving them into the fabric of the employee experience. His knowledge of cutting-edge solutions in the market, along with his understanding of the employer and employee relationship, have made it possible for his clients to drive costs down and enhance the employee experience at the same time.
