Mariann Madden
Rewards Director - Willis Towers Watson
Program
In November, employers in New York City will be subject to new pay transparency laws requiring salary ranges to be included in external job postings and internal promotions and transfers. This law as well as similar ones in 3 other cities and 8 states are intended to help reduce the pay gap by leveling the playing field and facilitating fairer negotiations. During our discussion, Willis Towers Watson will share perspectives on how organizations can prepare and chart their course of action, leveraging insights and best practices gathered from work in other locales with pay transparency regulations. Our discussion will address both compensation, talent management, and communications implications as well as the considerations to address the various approaches.
