Lori Wisper is a Managing Director in WTW's Work and Rewards line of business.  She has held multiple leadership positions at WTW, and currently sits on the Global Council for Work, Rewards and Careers as the Global Solutions Leader for Compensation Strategy and Design.  In her current role, she is a thought leader and has led the Rewards Campaign through developing intellectual capital, writing articles and blogs, and giving media interviews and speaking publicly.  She has over 35 years of experience in both consulting and corporate HR, primary focused on strategic rewards.  She has consulted with clients on broad-based rewards issues including global compensation strategy and design, total reward strategy, incentive plan and base salary design, pay for performance strategy, performance management and compensation processes and administration.
