At the Compensation & Benefits Network (CBN), giving back is an important part of who we are. Throughout the year, our members come together to support organizations that strengthen our communities and improve the lives of others.

This page highlights the volunteer activities, service projects, and community partnerships that CBN members have participated in. We are proud of the impact we can make when we work together and look forward to continuing to serve our community.

CBN Volunteers at The Little Bit Foundation

In August 2026, CBN members spent a morning volunteering with The Little Bit Foundation, a St. Louis nonprofit dedicated to removing barriers to learning for local students. The organization supports thousands of children and families by providing access to essential resources that help students succeed both in and out of the classroom.

During our volunteer shift, participants worked together in The Little Bit Foundation warehouse to support operations that directly benefit students across the region. Projects included assembling school supply and hygiene kits, sorting and organizing donations, and preparing items for distribution to students throughout the St. Louis community.

This hands-on experience gave CBN members the opportunity to work side by side while making a meaningful contribution to an organization that serves more than 17,000 scholars across 54 schools. 

We are grateful to The Little Bit Foundation for welcoming our volunteers and for the important work they do every day to support local students and families.
