What is Butterfly Haven?
Butterfly Haven, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving foster and adoptive families, as well as children in crisis, throughout the greater St. Louis area.

How They Support Children and Families
Every child deserves to feel cared for and valued. Butterfly Haven works to meet the immediate needs of children entering foster care by providing personalized care bags filled with essentials such as toiletries, coloring books, comfort items, and age‑appropriate supplies. These items are packed in a backpack or small suitcase so each child has something that belongs solely to them, no matter where they go next. This simple act offers comfort, dignity, and a sense of security during a vulnerable transition.
