Compensation Project Manager

The Compensation Project Manager is responsible for managing, planning, monitoring and reporting on key projects from conception through implementation within the Compensation function. The role is also responsible for proactively developing, managing and supporting Charter Communications’ enterprise-wide and business unit-specific compensation and employee reward and recognition programs. In collaboration with Compensation team people leaders, coordinates work and manages project details, data collection, reporting and communication to successfully drive project efforts. Assists with evaluating, designing, delivering compensation and reward and recognition strategies across the company. Ensures programs are competitive, meet business objectives and align with company strategies and have a positive effect on employee engagement. Supports the development, training, and education of Compensation team personnel on projects, programs and policies.

Compensation Consultant

The Compensation Consultant designs, administers, and supports compensation department programs, projects and initiatives that are competitive and align with business strategies and talent objectives. This role conducts data reporting and analytics and generates insights and recommendations from such analysis to inform and educate stakeholders and influence compensation strategy. Communicates findings and recommendations effectively in both written and verbal formats. This role requires an understanding of core finance and accounting principles and strong knowledge of compensation concepts and methodologies (e.g., base pay and salary structures, short and long-term incentive design, market benchmarking, and merit increase and bonus plan administration).

Sr Compensation Analyst

This position is responsible for providing high-level analytical support for the Compensation Department. Assists in the planning, design, and administration of company compensation programs and processes, including job evaluation, survey completion, design modeling and plan effectiveness analytics. Supports the design, development, delivery of performance management and career pathing. The goal is to assist the Company to obtain and retain talent through the strategic approach of compensation for maximum organizational effectiveness.
