CBN PROGRAM - Modernizing Benefits

November 12, 2019

Organizations today are placing a renewed focus on modernizing their Total Rewards Programs and improving the overall Employee Experience. This is largely due to the changing nature of the traditional employment deal being unaffordable, outmoded, ineffective, and inefficient. A total reward strategy that's not aligned with the way a company creates value for its customers — or optimized to direct investment to where it will have the most impact — will struggle to deliver desired performance or meet key financial and talent objectives.  What are key questions you should be considering for the future of your Total Rewards and benefits programs?  What are leading employers considering for their programs in the coming years?
