Brief Description of Responsibilities: With minimal supervision the Senior Compensation Specialist will administer and analyze staff compensation programs ensuring compliance with federal, state and local requirements. This includes job evaluations, providing guidance to HR Liaisons and department managers including training presentations, HR system approvals, participating in compensation initiatives/ projects such as annual salary planning, complex data analysis and providing technical support within various HR systems including report generation as well as reporting and audits.
