Brief Description of Position Responsibilities: We seek someone eager and excited about analyzing and providing meaningful compensation and benefit program data; development of benefit and compensation plan projections, trends and metrics to join our Human Resources team.
We seek people who:
- Possess strong analytical skills; assuring pay equity and compliance for all pay, increases and incentive program.
- Provide competitive research and benchmarking for benefit and compensation program data for utilization. Participates in benefits and compensation surveys and analyzes the results.
- Develop and execute communication materials; balancing compliance and appropriate messaging for intended audiences.
- Deliver strong customer service both internally and externally. Understanding the importance and sensitivity of benefits and compensation to our associates.
